Ideal candidate:
- At least 3 years of working as a Account Manager within the agency
- Team player
- Organized, analytical, and curious with strong attention to detail
- The ability to understand the marketing and business goals of the client and the requirements related to fulfilling them
- English level: advanced

Your responsibilities as the Account Manager:
Ensuring quality service to clients by achieving relevant tasks defined by the client and agency management:
- Identifying client needs, executing tasks within agreed-upon deadlines, ensuring the quality of delivered work, and demonstrating proactivity
- Communicating with clients and internal teams necessary for task execution, organizing priorities, and leading teams in the case of complex projects
- Developing strategies for new and existing clients and projects
- Creating proposals and presenting projects to existing and potential clients
- Working on pitch presentations, annual strategies
- Building trust and fostering relationships with clients, maintaining daily communication
- Assessing the necessary time of teams working on projects, resource allocation, negotiating with potential partners and platforms
- Managing communication with clients, creating weekly status reports for all projects managed
- Taking personal responsibility to complete high-quality projects on time
- Thriving to improve team dynamics, processes, and output
